I am a trainer and coach with over 20 years of experience working with teams and organizations in situations of change, uncertainty, and pressure. I specialize in supporting leadership teams and teams going through significant organizational change. I combine a workshop-based approach, facilitation, and team coaching, working both in Poland and internationally.

Working style

My work is workshop-led and hands-on. Depending on what the team needs, I combine facilitation with team coaching and occasional 1:1 support. We work on real cases from your day-to-day reality, turning them into decisions, agreements, and next steps the team actually owns.

• work with leaders and teams from 40+ countries across 4 continents, including two organizations awarded the Nobel Peace Prize
